해탈도론

「해탈도론」(게다 때마다 수상쩍음, 파: Vimutti-magga, 비뭇티맛가)은, 스리랑카무외산사파의 승려인 우파티사(Upatissa, 우파저사)에 의해서 기원 300년경에 쓰여진 불교 수도론[¹].

무외산파는 그 앞으로 12 세기에, 현재의 남전상좌부 불교의 기원인 오테라파와의 정쟁에 져 소멸했기 때문에, 원전은 남지 않지만, 남북조 시대의 제에 건넌 부남국(캄보디아) 출신의 승려 산가파라(Sanghapala, 증가파라,460-524)에 의한 한역이 현존 하고 있는[²].

「청정도론」을 쓴 붓다고사도 이 「해탈도론」을 배워, 영향을 받았다고 하는 설도 있는[¹].
