일본 파워 보트 협회(일본 파워 보트 협회, JAPAN POWER BOAT ASSOCIATION, 약칭：JPBA)는, 파워 보트에 관한 여러가지 업무를 취급하는 일본의 스포츠 단체.임의 단체에서, 국제 모터보트 연맹에 가맹하고 있다.주된 사업으로서 2008년 4월 1일부터 국내에서 행해지는 파워 보트 레이스의 공인을 실시하고 있는[¹].
