노명성신(발인 숲노부, 오에이 15년(1408년) -호우토쿠 3년 3월 18일(1451년 4월 19일))은, 무로마치 시대 중기의 무장.노명씨의 제11대 당주.통칭은 코지로우.관직의 등급은 수리 대부, 시모우사수 등.제9대 당주・노명 모리마사의 아이.형(오빠)에게 모리히사, 남동생에게 카나가미성흥.아내는 미우라 타카아키의 딸(아가씨)라고도.아이에게 성전.

문장 야스모토년(1444년)에 사망한 형(오빠)로부터 상속자를 양보해져 당주가 되었다.형(오빠)와 같이, 생전시의 동정은 불명한 점이 많다.에이쿄 12년(1440년) 6월, 시노카와 고세의 아시카가 미츠루 곧을 오우슈의 제호족이 습격해, 자해에 몰아넣는다고 하는 사건이 발생하고 있어, 성신도 이것에 추종했다.호우토쿠 3년(1451년)에 잠겨, 자취를 아이의 성전이 이었다.
