마츠모토 츠카사(마츠모토 츠카사, 1966년- )는, 일본의 화도가.교토 미쇼류가 제4세당주.디즈팟션 전문학교 강사.재단법인 일본 꽃꽂이 예술 협회 평의원.교토 꽃꽂이 협회 상임 이사.

교토 미쇼류 삼대 당주・아직 태어나지 않음재사송의 장남으로서 교토시에서 태어난다.1990년, 리쓰메이칸 대학 문학부 일본 문학 전공 졸업.1991년, 부당주 취임.2009년, 당주를 계승.
