굴착기(굴착나무)는, 토사나 암석을 굴착하거나 굴착해 싣는 건설기계의 총칭이다.

굴착 짐싣기를 주로 하는 기계에는 유압 삽, 휠 로더등 , 굴착과 운반을 겸하는 기계에는 불도저, 스크레이파, 모터 그레이더등이 있다.실드 공법에 따르는 터널 굴착으로 이용되는 쉴드 머신도 굴착기의 일종이다.
