키모파파인

키모파파인(chymopapain,; EC 3.4. 22.6)은, 파파 귀 등에 존재하는 프로테아제(단백질 분해 효소)의 일종으로, 시스테인프로테아제로 분류된다.별명은 파파이아프로테아제 II.

기질 특이성 및 촉매 기능은 파파 인과 거의 다르지 않다.척추간반 헤르니아의 효소 주입 요법으로 사용되는 일이 있는[¹].
