거□혈(주거지 료 결정)은, 다리의 소양담경에 속하는 29번째의 경혈이다.

이름의 유래

주거지와는 카가무일을 의미해,□는 뼈에 끼워진 틈(간격), 함요를 의미한다.가랑이 관절안에 있고, 무릎을 굽히고 허리를 굽히면, 가랑이 관절의 옆에 함요가 생기는 것이 이름의 유래이다.

효능

요퇴 마비통, 뇌혈관 장해・중풍의 후유증, 족위, 선기 등에 이용된다.

나카도노관계 마비나 좌골 신경통 등에도 이용된다.
