□(은)는, 한글을 구성하는 모음 자모의 하나. 호칭은 웨(□).자모□와□와□를 조합해 만든 합성 자모이다.시작과 마지막으로 음색을 달리하는 이중모음을 나타낸다.

음성

모음/□/[o]의 자세로부터/□/[□]를 조음 했을 때에 생기는 소리.단독으로 발음했을 경우, 양순연구개 접근음에 의한[w□]이다.자음 자모에 후속 하면, u계의 이중모음이 되지만, 조선어로는/u/의 요소가 후속 모음보다 전의 자음(분)편에 강하게 영향을 주어 자음을 원순화 시킨다.
