경건

경건(경험, 희:□σι□τη□,ε□σ□βεια, 라: pietas, 영: piety)이란, 고대그리스 이래의 서양의 덕목의 하나이며, 부모나 신들에 대한 충성심, 숭경심, 효심을 의미한다.

기독교로 경건이라고 하면, 신앙심[¹]을 의미하는 신교도의 용어인[²].
