PhotoDNA

PhotoDNA와는 마이크로소프트가 개발한 기술로, 유사하는 화상을 식별하기 위해서 화상의 해시치를 계산하는[¹].현재 동사의 서비스인 Bing, OneDrive[²]뿐만이 아니라, Google Gmail, Twitter[³], Facebook[⁴], National Center for Missing and Exploited Children[⁵]로 채용되고 있다.

주로 아동 포르노의 유통 저지를 위해 사용되고 있어 화상의 해시를 계산하는 것으로 검출하고 있다.이 해시는 사이즈가 변경되어 있거나, 눈에 띄지 않는 배색 변경을 포함한 화상의 변경이 있어도 변경되지 않게 계산되고 있는[¹].PhotoDNA는 화상을 흑백화해, 사이즈를 변경해, 격자모양에 분할해, 휘도 구배나 윤곽을 탐색하고 있는[⁶].
