컬・번스타인(Carl Bernstein, 1944년 2월 14일- )은, 미국의 저널리스트.

유태계 미국인.동료 보브・우드 워드와 함께, 워터 게이트 빌딩 침입 사건을 분명히 해, 리처드・닉슨 대통령의 사임을 일으킨 워싱턴・포스트지 기자.1973년에 퓨리트상을 포함한 많은 상을 수상했다.

1976년에 워싱턴・포스트를 퇴사.뉴욕 대학교수가 되어, ABC 네트워크의 상급 특파원으로서 일해, 타임잡지에 기고했다.1981년에는 워싱턴・포스트에부편집장으로서 돌아왔다.

로맨틱 코메디로 알려진 극작가겸영화 감독의 노라・에프 론과 결혼 했었다.마이크・니컬스 감독, 에프 론 각본의 「마음 봐 누구라고」로, 그 결혼 생활이 모델로 되었다.
