쟈멜・두브즈(Jamel Debbouze, 1975년 6월 18일- )는 프랑스・파리 출신의 배우・프로듀서・코미디언.모로코계.프랑스에서는 TV프로 「H」나 「Jamel Comedy Club」등에서 알려져 있다.
14세 때, 철도 사고로 오른 팔의 자유를 잃고 있기 때문에, 언제나 포켓에 손을 넣고 있다.
쟈멜의 남동생이 초등학교의 동급생이었던 것을 계기로 니코라・아넬카와 친구이다.
「데이즈・오브・그로리」로 칸느 국제영화제의 남우상을 수상하고 있다.
