발달 단계

발달 단계(붙인 개다 야, 영: developmental stage)란, 다른 연령 시기와는 다른 특징을 가지고 있는 연령 시기의 정리를 찌른다.

개체의 발달 과정이 완만한 연속적 변화 뿐만이 아니라, 비약적으로 진행하는 비연속적 변화도 나타낸다고 생각할 때, 서로 이질로 독자적인 구조를 가진다고 여겨지는 일정한 구분되었던 시기.
