다발성 내분비 선종증

다발성 내분비 선종증(타는 개탓인 있어 부피개선수 짊어지는, 영: Multiple Endocrine Neoplasia ;MEN)이란, 2이상의 내분비선에 종양 또는 과형성이 생기는 병이다.MEN1 유전자의 비정상으로보다 발생하는 MEN1형(Wermer 증후군)과 RET 유전자의 비정상으로보다 발생하는 MEN2형으로 나눌 수 있다.

MEN1형

하수체 종양, 부갑상선 선종・과형성, 췌소화관 내분비 종양(gastrinoma나 인스리노마)이 3 중병 이상하다.

MEN2형

2 a형(Sipple 증후군)과 2 b형으로 나눌 수 있다.2 a형으로는, 갑상선골수모양암, 부갑상선 선종・과형성, 갈색 세포종이 3 중병 이상하다.2 b형으로는, 갑상선골수모양암, 다발 신경종, 갈색 세포종이 3 중병 이상하다.
