중심 혈압

중심 혈압(충천하지 않는 혈압)과는 주로 대동맥기시부의 혈압을 가리킨다.

종래의 상완에 카프를 감아 측정하는 혈압과 비교해 심혈관이벤트의 발증율을 보다 강하게 설명할 수 있다라는 발표가 이루어지고 있다.

측정에는 카테테르를 이용한 직접법의 외, AtCorMedical 사제의 SphygmoCor[¹]이나 OmronHealthcare 사제의 HEM-9000 AI[²]와 같이 트노메트리법을 이용해 측정한 맥파형 해석보다 중심 혈압을 추정하는 간접법이 있다.

2007년에는 중심 혈압에 관한 합의 문서[³]이 미국 심장 학회(AHA: American Heart Association)에서 발표되어 향후 한층 더 중심 혈압에의 주목이 모인다고 기대된다.
