여성호르몬

여성호르몬(사위 호르몬, 영어: female hormones)이란, 성 홀몬 중 여성의 성선에 크게 관여하고 있는 호르몬이다. 자성 호르몬(해 성호르몬)이라고도 한다.

난포 흐르몬(에스트로겐)과 황체 호르몬(게스타겐)의 2 종류가 있어, 집여성다운 몸매등에의 영향이 큰 에스트로겐을 특별히 가리켜 여성호르몬이라고 부르는 경우도 있다.
