측선(켤레 선)과는 어류가 수중에서 수압이나 수류의 변화를 느껴 취하기 위한 기관이다.생선의 몸의 측면에 있어, 1대가 보통이지만 2대 이상 가지는 종류도 있다.측선비늘로 불리는 비늘에 덮여 있어 측선비늘의 구멍에 의해서 종을 구별하는 것이 가능하다.

또, 갑각류나 두족류도 유사한 기관을 가진다.
