• 1890년 2월 15일-정과 촌의 구성,조직,권한등을 시행에 수반해, 오오우치군 히가시야마마을(히가시야마 마을)・니시야마촌(로 해 산마을)・여타야마마을(다 산마을)・뉴우노야마마을(니우노산마을)이 합병해, 복영촌이 발족.
• 1899년 4월 1일-오오우치군이 사무카와군과 합병해, 오카와군이 된다.
