전국 일본식 과자 협회

전국 일본식 과자 협회(전국 우리 해 협회, 영문 명칭 Japan Wagashi Association)는, 일본식 과자를 후세에게 전하다가 남기는 것을 목적으로 1950년(쇼와 25년)에 설립된 업계 단체.

협회 개요

• 회원수-전국의 일본식 과자점 약 3,000사
• 활동 내용-일본식 과자에 관한 계몽・홍보 업무나 행사의 실시, 기술 연구 활동, 「우수 일본식 과자직」인정 제도의 실시 등.또, 동협회가 1979년부터, 매년 6월 16일을 일본식 과자의 날과 제정하고 있다.
