아라이 세이센(아라이 세이센, 본명：아라이 아키라규(세탁 상형), 1929년 11월 19일- 2009년 9월 7일)는, 기후현 토키시 출신의 서도가, 미술 작가.

1929년(쇼와 4년) 11월 19일 출생.

서도 연구서예회 회장, 헌묵회 회장, 대서심회 이사장, 토키시 미술 작가 연맹 회원 등, 많은 임원을 맡아 서가로서 많은 상을 수상했다.

2009년 9월 7일 사망.향년80。
