후쿠다천혜(닦는 낼 수 있는 괘선, 1946년 11월 21일- )는, 일본화가, 일본예술원회원.도쿄도 출생.본명은 치에코. 「괘선」의 글자는 「혜」는 아니고 「혜」.

무사시노 미술대학졸.사토타이세이에게 사사.1981년 닛텐 특선, 1996년 닛텐 회원상, 1999년 닛텐 문부대신상.2006년 「피아니스트」로 일본 예술원상.닛텐 이사.2009년 예술원 회원.2012년 카츠시카구 명예 구민.
