프나카(존카어:□□□□□□□□, Punakha)는, 부탄 왕국・프나카현의 도시.1955년에 수도가 틴프에 옮겨질 때까지는, 동국의 수도에서 만났다.틴프에서는 약 72 km의 거리로, 차로 3시간 정도 걸린다.틴프와 달리 겨울은 따뜻하고, 여름도 덥다.표고는 약 1200 m.Pho Chu(부천)와 Mo Chu(모천)의 2개의 강가에서, 벼농사를 하고 있다. 최오부의 대강당에는, 파드마산바바, 불타등이 큰 상을 납입할 수 있고 있다.
