퀸 엘리자베스 제도(퀸 엘리자베스 제도, Queen Elizabeth Islands)는, 북아메리카 대륙과 그린 랜드의 사이에 있는 캐나다령의 제도이다.그 합계 면적은 약 418,961 km□.캐나다의 북극 제도의 북부를 차지해 노스웨스트 준주와 누나부트 준주에 속한다.가장 큰 섬은 에르즈미아섬이다.1953년, 엘리자베스 2세의 캐나다 여왕대관 후에 현재의 명칭이 붙여졌다.거의 사람이 살지 않은 지역으로서 알려진다.
