• 1889년(메이지 22년) 7월 1일-정과 촌의 구성,조직,권한등을 에 의해 야마노우치마을이 발족.
• 1897년(메이지 30년) 4월 1일-카와이무라, 토가리마을, 키요시마을과 합병해 명세촌이 발족.동일 야마노우치마을은 폐지.
