피노・란체티(Pino Lancetti, 1928년 11월 27일- 2007년 3월 7일)는, 이탈리아의 패션 디자이너.

중부의 도시 페루지아로 태어난다.미술 학교를 졸업 후, 1956년에 패션 디자이너로서 데뷔, 로마의 콘좃티 대로에 오트 쿠튀르의 가게를 개점했다.일본에서도 그 브랜드를 취급하고 있는 가게는 적지 않다.

2007년 3월 7일에 로마의 자택에서 서거.78세몰.
