아시아 육상 경기 연맹(아시아리불평 오늘 직물응째 있어, Asian Athletics Association)은, 아시아에 있어서의 육상 경기의 통괄 단체.45의 나라・지역이 가맹해, 본부를 싱가폴에 둔다.1973년 11월, 제1회 아시아 육상 경기 선수권 대회 개최중의 마닐라에서 행해진 제1회 총회에 대해 헌장을 승인해 발족한[1].
