서홍시초계단(주위 책 해 하룻밤 눌러 있던 )이란, 토마토와 알의 볶음 요리이다.번가초단(후치챠오다 )이라고도 한다.조리가 신속 용이하고 미각・영양 모두 뛰어나 일상의 가정 요리로서 중국 전 국토에서 매우 일반적.영명：Stir-fried tomato and scrambled eggs (스크램블 에그와 토마토의 볶음 요리).
조리
