플로팅 터치 디스플레이

플로팅 터치 디스플레이와는 정보 통신 연구 기구(NICT)가 개발중의 유저 인터페이스이다.

디스플레이의 영상이 공중에 떠 있는 것처럼 보여 떠오른 영상에 손가락끝으로 닿으면, 적외선 센서가 손가락의 위치를 검출하는 일에 의해.실제로 손가락으로 닿고 있는 것 같이 영상을 조작할 수 있는 디바이스이다.의료 분야나 식품 가공 분야등 , 위생상 비접촉이 요구되는 분야에서의 수요가 기대되는 디바이스이다.

현재는 광학 소자의 특성상 소형의 물건 밖에 할 수 없지만, 장래적으로는 대형화가 기대된다.
