아라카와 제일 조절연못(채호)에 관한 자료의 수집・보존・전시・연구를 실시하고 있다.채호의 동해안, 행혼오오하시(도쿄 바깥고리 자동차도・국도 298호) 북동의 테이가이지에 위치한다.

• 매월 제2, 제4, 제５ 월요일
• 매월 말일※토, 일, 휴일을 제외하다
• 연말 연시 12월 28일부터 1월 4일
