페닐 알라닌/치로신안모니아리아제(Phenylalanine/tyrosine ammonia-lyase, EC 4.3. 1.25)는, 이하의 화학반응을 촉매 하는 효소이다.
계통명은, L-페닐 알라닌(or L-치로신):trans-케이히산(or trans-p-히드록시 계피산) 안모니아리아제(L-phenylalanine(or L-tyrosine):trans-cinnamate(or trans-p-hydroxycinnamate) ammonia-lyase)인[1][2][3][4].그 밖에, PTAL, bifunctional PAL이라고도 불린다.이 효소는, 방향족 아미노�리아제파미리의 하나이다.
