2005년 7월, 해산전에 발매된 싱글 「TAO」로부터 약 4년 거절해, 재결성 후 처음이 되는 싱글.

본작 모든 악곡에 나가오대는 관련되지 않았다.

지금 작으로는 CD+DVD 형태로의 판매는 없고, CD만된다.또, 싱글로서는 처음으로 인스톨 멘탈이 수록되어 있지 않다.
