Fc 수용체

Fc 수용체(Fc 수요 싶은, Fc receptor, FcR)는 (항체) 분자의 Fc 부위에 단백질이며 세포 표면에 존재한다. 면역 글로불린 분자이다 ,,, 대한 수용체를 각각 FcγR, FcαR, FcεR, FcμR라고 부른다.

기능

Fc 수용체 항체가 결합하는 단순한 그릇으로서의 역할뿐만 아니라 항체의 결합은 세포의 기능 조절에도 관여하는 것으로 알려져 있으며, 세포의 종류와 수용체의 종류에 따라 그 영향은 다르다. 대부분의 Fc 수용체는 면역을 활성화시키는 방향으로 작동하고, FcγRIIB 유일하게 억제하는 것을 알 Fc 수용체이다. Fc 수용체 항체에 의해 포착 된 분자의 탐식과 항원 제시 기능의 강화 등의 기능을 가지고있다.
