역사

(32 년) 1 월 23 일에 의해 외국과의 교섭 및 치안 유지를 목적으로 빈 청이 傅家 점 (후 傅家 甸로 개칭)에 설치되어, 빈 関道의 관할로되었다. (2 년), 플립 城府 및 일부가 빈 청에 이관되었다. 이 무렵이되면 만주의 물자 집산지로서의 중요성이 높아지고 있었다.

중화 민국이 성립하면 3 월 2 일에 빈 현으로 개편되었다.

설치

1 월에 의해빈 청가 설치된다.

폐지

3 월 개편된다.
