개요

1963년부터 급증하는 고등학교 진학자와 고도 경제성장에 의한 공업화에 필요한 인재를 양성하기 위해서 공업고등학교가 증설되었다.거기에 대응하는 공업고등학교 교원을 속성 하는 공업 교원 양성소를 설치하기 위한 법률.
