• 1994년(헤세이 6년) -히타치나카시의 발족에 수반해, 히타치나카동 경찰서로 명칭 변경
• 2015년(헤세이 27년) -히타치나카서경찰서와 통합해, 히타치나카 경찰서가 된다.나카미나토 지구에는 분 청사로서 나카미나토 경찰 센터를 설치.
