량란벽

량란벽(료등응에 와, 태어나고 죽은 해 미상)은, 중국 서진의 회제의 황후.

생애

안정의 사람.의 동3사의 량홍계의 손녀로, 사도의 량분의 딸(아가씨).처음, 예 아키라왕시바 숯불(후의 회제)에 시집가, 왕비(정실)가 되었다.

광희원년 11월(서기 307년 1월), 회제가 즉위 하면, 황후에 세울 수 있었다.영가의 란으로 행방 불명이 되었다.
