하라베・타파티오를 춤추는 남녀

하라베・타파티오(Jarabe Tapatio)는, 멕시코 알리스코주 발상의 민족 무용 및 악곡이다.멕시칸・하트・댄스 모두 불린다.멕시코를 상징하는 댄스로서 멕시코 내외에서 널리 알려지고 있는[¹].또, 마리앗치에 의해서 연주되는 것도 많다.

통상, 1 쌍의 남녀에 의해서 춤추어진다.남성은 손을 뒤로 짜면서, 여성은 스커트를 거절하면서 춤춘다.

「하라베」는 댄스의 일종으로, 「허브의 혼합물」을 의미하는 아라비아어의 단어 「Xarab」으로부터[²], 「타파티오」는 과달라하라의 사람들에 대한 애칭 「Tapatio」로부터 와있는[¹].

키다・타로 작곡의 「바보 사카타의 테마」는, 모두 부분을 본악곡으로부터 인용하고 있다.또, 미국의 텔레비전 애니메이션 「아니마니악스」의 악곡 「세계 셈 노래」도 일부본악곡의 멜로디를 인용하고 있다.
