조지아 만의 위치

조지아 만(Georgian Bay)은, 북아메리카 대륙 캐나다와 아메리카 합중국에 있는 오대호의 하나, 휴런호의 동쪽으로 계속 되는 만이다.만전체가 캐나다 영내에 있다.면적은 15,000 km².휴런호와는 마니트린섬 및 블루스 반도에서 단락지어져 메인 해협(Main Channel), 노스 해협, 제일 큰 슈퍼리어호와는 스센트메리 운하(Sault Ste. Marie Cannal)을 통해서 연결되고 있다.

1822년, 영국 국왕 조지 4세를 기념하여 이름이 붙여졌다.
