토다 시게마사(토다 시게마사)는, 전국시대의 무장.토쿠가와집안의 가신.미카와 토다씨의 한 집안・토다선광의 삼남.심사부로와 칭했다.

토다 종가(니렌 키도타가)의 14대 당주・토다선광의 삼남.토다씨 15세손.형(오빠)에게 토다중정, 토다 타다시중.

시게마사의 자손은 미토번사가 되어, 에도막부 말기에 토다 타다시 타유, 토다 긴지로, 안토우 대도등을 배출했다.
