사이살가

사이살가(만주어:□□□□□□□□전사：Saisangga, 새상아,? - 1875년), 글자는 학정은, 청의 대신.

아르테씨(Alute hala, 아노특씨).몽고정람기인.문화전 대학사・수석 군사기밀 대신이 되어, 토베를 관리했다.몽고어와 만주어・한문어를 대응시킨 「몽문휘서(mong□ulusug-un quriya=□san bicig)」 「몽문석의(mong□olusug-un zirum-i sal□a□san bicig)」의 2개의 사전을 편찬 했다.또 서북의 소수민족을 통치하기 위한 행정법규인 「흠정리번원칙례(hesei toktobuha tulergi golo be dasara jurgan i kooli hacin i bithe)」의 편찬에도 참여 했다.만년에는 2도에 걸쳐서 태평천국의 란을 진압하기 위해서 흠차대신으로서 호남성에 파견되었지만, 평정에 실패해 면직되었다.후에 공적으로 죄를 갚은 것으로 간주해져 부도통에 승진했다.사이살가의 아이의 틀키(숭기)의 딸(아가씨)는 동치제의 황후(효철 타케시 황후)가 되어, 또 사이살가의 딸(아가씨)의 한 명은 동치제의 왕비(공숙황귀비)가 되었다.
