쿠바사이(라틴 문자：Kuvasay, Kuvasoy, 우즈베크어: Quvasoy /□увасой, 러시아어:Кувасай)는, 우즈베키스탄・페르가나주의 도시이다.2012년 현재의 인구는 35,700명이 되고 있는[¹].주 도의 페르가나에서는 남동으로 약 20 km의 지점에 위치한다.
