이 효소의 기질은 리트코르산, NADPH, H+와 O2로, 생성물은 6β-히드로키시리트코르산, NADP+와 H2O이다.
조직명은 lithocholate, NADPH:oxygen oxidoreductase (6β-hydroxylating)로, 별명에 lithocholate 6β-monooxygenase, CYP3A10, 6β-hydroxylase, cytochrome P450 3 A10/lithocholic acid 6β-hydroxylase가 있다.
