에우릭크 법전

에우릭크 법전(Codex Euricianus)은, 서고트 왕국에 있어 정해진 법전.

개요

475년무렵, 서고트왕의 에우릭크에 의해서 정해졌다.게르만인에 의해서 지어진 국가에 있어서의 최초의 법전으로 여겨진다.게르만법을 성문화 한 것으로, 라틴어로 저술해지고 있다.서고트 왕국내의 전주민에게 적용되는 것이 아니고, 로마계의 주민에 대해서는, 차왕아라릭크 2세 때에 정해진, 로마법에 근거하는 「아라릭크 법전」이 적용되었다.
