야곱・게오르구・아가드

야곱・게오르구・아가드(Jacob Georg Agardh, 1813년 2월 8일- 1901년 1월 17일)는 스웨덴의 식물학자이다.해초류(해초)의 연구등에서 알려진다.

약력

룬드로 태어났다.부친은 해초류의 분류학 연구로 실적을 올린 식물학자, 컬・아돌프・아가드이다.1854년부터 1879년간, 룬드 대학의 식물학의 교수를 맡아 룬드 대학 식물원(Botaniska tradgarden Lund)의 이전과 확장의 계획을 입안해, 후에 원장을 맡았다.1836년에 독일 과학 아카데미레오포르디나의 회원으로 선택된 외, 스웨덴 왕립 과학 아카데미 등 스웨덴 국내가 많은 학회의 회원을 맡아 스웨덴의 국회의 대학 대표등의 직무도 맡았다.

1879년에 코펜하겐 대학으로부터 명예 박사 학위를 받아 1897년에 런던・린네 협회로부터 린네・메달을 수상했다.홍조, (삼나무 김눈)의 해초의 속명, Agardhiella(아가-디 에러속)에 헌명 되고 있다.

J.Agardh는, 식물의 학명으로 명명자를 나타내는 경우에 야곱・게오르구・아가드를 나타내는데 사용된다.(명명자 약기를 열람하는/IPNI로 Author Details를 검색한다.)
