의도진전

의도진전(실 해 선, 영:intention tremor)과는 소뇌 손상시에 자주 인정되는 실조 증상의 하나로, 기도진전이라고도 불린다.안정시에는 거의 생기지 않지만, 운동시, 특히 운동 종료 직전에 생기는 율동적인 운동 질환이다.머리 부분이나 몸축측의 항중력관계에 대해 발생이 현저하다.
