니시무라 거북이(1924년- )는, 야마구치현을 등록지로 하고 있던 전 경륜 선수.일본 경륜 학교 창설 이전에 선수 등록된 기 전 선수이며, 선수 등록 번호는 4927.

1957년, 타카마츠노미야 사배 경륜(현재 수량 마츠미야 기념배 경륜, 오츠비원개경륜장) 및 제13회 전국 도도부현 선발 경륜(모지 경륜장)의 2000미터 경주를 우승.

이 외, 홈 뱅크의 호우후 경륜장에서 행해진 개설 5주년 전절(1954년), 동8주년 전절(1957년)을 각각 우승한[¹].
