메이저・시네프렉스(Major Cineplex)는, 타이에서 영화관의 경영을 실시하는 기업에서, 타이 최대기업이다.

대형 쇼핑 몰이나 백화점내에서 시네마 콤플렉스를 경영해, 영화관 사업 뿐만이 아니라 볼링 시설 사업이나 세입자 사업 등, 오락시설의 종합적인 사업, 운영도 가고 있다.

SET 50 Index에의 채용 종목이다.(2008년 2월 현재)

사이암・파라곤이나 에스프라네이드에도 영화관을 보유한다.
