스텐・스텐센(Sten Stensen, 1947년 12월 18일-)은, 노르웨이의 스피드 스케이트 선수.

장거리 종목을 전문으로 해, 1970년대에 국제 무대에서 활약.10000 m로 세계 기록을 두 번 갱신(모두 1976년)[¹]해, 유럽 선수권과 세계 선수권을 한 번 두개 억제했다.올림픽에서도 금메달 한 개를 포함한 4개의 메달을 획득했다.또 그 시즌 특히 활약한 선수에게 주어지는 오스카・마티센상(영문판)도 두 번 수상하고 있다.1978년에 현역을 은퇴했다.
