사사키 시게루명

사사키 시게루명(사사키 서로 무성해, 1930년- 2008년 3월 15일)은, 일본의 실업가로, 전 오타후쿠 소스 사장.히로시마현 출신.

약력

1979년에 오타후쿠 소스 3대째 사장으로 취임.1990년에 식초의 양조 전용의 다이와 공장(히로시마현 미하라시)을 완성시키는 등 대형 투자를 결단해, 소스나 식초의 조미료 제조를 다루는 다복 그룹을 전국 브랜드로 밀어 올렸다.
