천행무관

천행무관(선의 머리 있어)은 전국시대의 차인.센리큐우의 제자.

소맥분과 설탕을 사용한 구이 과자를 고안 한 것으로부터, 토시야스로부터 「천」의 성을 자칭하는 일이 용서되어 후에 「센베이(전병)」의 이름의 유래가 되었다고 하는 설이 있다.타설에는 「볶은 떡」이 변화했다고 하는 것도 있어, 분명히는 모른다.
